When may I make a site visit to the Woodrow Wilson House?

May I have my wedding ceremony onsite?
Yes! We love hosting weddings! We can organize a reception of up to 200 guests.

What is included in the rental rate?
When you book at the Woodrow Wilson House, you have full access to the authentically furnished museum rooms and garden, and staff members to facilitate your rental. A Steinway concert grand piano is also available for live performances.

Is photography permitted during my rental?
Yes! We can also arrange for a photo shoot on a different occasion prior to your event.

Can our event guests tour the gardens and house?
Yes! Special house tours are available during your rentals.

Does the Woodrow Wilson House permit food service? Do you have any catering recommendations?
Of course! We have a list of preferred vendors. 

What types of entertainment am I permitted to hire for the event?
Any types. We welcome DJs.

How much parking do you have? 
The Woodrow Wilson House does not offer onsite parking. Valet or shuttle service is recommended for events with 50 guests or more. Click here for instructions as to how to how to access the museum via public transportation.

Is there a restriction on the use of candle and beverages?
Yes, they are not allowed on site.

Is any portion of my rental rate tax-deductible?
Yes! Please consult your tax advisor on eligible tax deductions.

How much will my event cost?
Rental fees are calculated based on the number of guests and the duration of your event. Rental windows must cover set-up and break-down time. Additional resources may incur extra fees; please refer to our Rates Sheets for detailed information.
