League of Nations at 90 – Lecture at National Archives

To commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the League of Nations, the National Archives and the Woodrow Wilson House present a lecture on Woodrow Wilson by John Milton Cooper, Jr., the author of the recently published Woodrow Wilson: A Biography, the first major biography of America's twenty-eighth president in nearly two decades. Celebrate National Preservation Month in May with a visit to Wilson House. A long-standing benefit event, the Perennial Garden Party features fierce competition and fabulous prizes for the best spring hats, a spectacular silent auction, live music, and cocktails and ultimate hors d’oeuvres in the lush surroundings of the Wilson House garden.

Join Wilson House and the Dupont Kalorama Museums Consortium (DKMC) for the 27th Annual Museum Walk Weekend celebrating the art, history and culture of two historic Washington, DC neighborhoods. Anderson House, Fondo del Sol Visual Arts Center, Mary McLeod Bethune Council House National Historic Site, The General Federation of Women’s Clubs, National Museum of American Jewish Military History, The Phillips Collection, The Textile Museum, and Woodrow Wilson House will be open free of charge for this one-of-a-kind celebration.

Visit glamorous sites of diplomatic entertaining and explore the many cultures represented by foreign ambassadors who reside in Kalorama. Woodrow Wilson House opens the doors to many of Washington’s embassies and distinguished private residences.
